Junior
Membership Qualification
A qualified physician who is actively engaged in a training career in Pathology on a full time basis in an accredited training program is eligible for Junior Membership. Junior members continue in this category only during their period of training. At the end of this time they are eligible to apply for Active Membership. Individuals meeting these qualifications and who are in training programs in institutions located in Nassau County are automatically enrolled as Junior Members and do not pay dues. They do pay meeting and seminar fees at a reduced rate. Junior members may not vote or hold office but may be appointed to committees.
